Introducing Temple Emanuel’s Boomers & Beyond Initiative

Next Stage: Temple Emanuel’s Boomers & Beyond Initiative is designed to address the needs of community members who are fifty and above. This cohort holds a vision for our future in which we are fully engaged in lives of meaning and purpose and are part of a vibrant and supportive community. Our goals are to generate discussion about issues important to this cohort, to deepen relationships, create opportunities to come together, and share resources and information that will assist us as we:

● Reinvent ourselves professionally and personally,

● Enrich relationships with partners, parents, and adult children,

● Make deep intergenerational connections through mentoring and shared learning,

● Grow spiritually within Jewish tradition, and

● Redesign our own paradigms of living.

Through Next Stage, we at Temple Emanuel are creating a model of meaningful engagement, spirituality, and practical support to address the unique challenges and opportunities of this stage of life.   This includes engaging in community-wide conversations about the role this cohort can play in ensuring the Jewish future.

Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills is reimagining the future. Join us!
