The Boomer generation has been at the forefront of the healthy living movement, from the recognition of the importance of exercise and good nutrition to the exploration of the benefits of meditation and yoga. We now find ourselves with the possibility of living longer than our parents and grandparents could have imagined, and are faced with the challenge of keeping ourselves physically and mentally healthy into our 80s, 90s and beyond.
