Join us for a special Simply Shabbat featuring guest speaker Randy Schwab, General Manager of Mount Sinai Memorial Parks & Mortuaries.
Mr. Schwab joined Mount Sinai Memorial Parks & Mortuaries in 2021 and currently serves as its General Manager. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in developing significant new areas across the parks, including the construction of the first dedicated Tahara room, the new chapel and administration building at the Hollywood Hills location, and a dedicated Green Burial area at the Simi Valley location, Teva.
He has also played a key role in reimagining the organization’s community grants program, which now provides more than $500,000 annually to synagogues and Jewish community organizations in support of Jewish life throughout Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Mr. Schwab served for 10 years as Chief Executive Officer of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles. Before becoming CEO, he spent five years as Executive Director of Temple Isaiah in Los Angeles. Mr. Schwab currently serves on the Board of Los Angeles Jewish Health (The Jewish Home) and the Board of Sinai Temple.
