Join Rabbi Aaron for an evening fusing the rituals of Havdalah with the soothing tones of sound.  A sound bath  is a form of meditation that utilizes various instruments such as crystal sound bowls to help relax the body, ground the mind, and comfort the soul.

 

This experience will offer a chance for us to connect in community through song and prayer, while connecting deeply with ourselves through mindful reflection.

 

Dress comfortably and make yourself cozy! You’ll have the chance to sit or lay down. If you’d prefer to lie down, feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on plus a blanket (optional of course, but delightful).
