Indemnification:
Except with the respect to the sole negligence of Temple Emanuel and its employees, the undersigned participant's parent/guardian hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Temple Emanuel and employees for any and all claims, lawsuits, or other legal causes of action, which relate to the undersigned participant's participation in Emanuel Childcare.

When you see Emanuel Childcare listed, please know that Temple Emanuel in Beverly Hills holds the certificate of insurance and liability insurance for this program.

Terms and Conditions Agreement:
The below Terms and Conditions between Temple Emanuel and my child (hereafter "participant") represent the expectations and agreements in order to participate in Emanuel Childcare.

In the mutual interests of Emanuel Childcare, the participant, and for the well-being of all participants at Emanuel Childcare, I understand, respect and will observe the rules, regulations, and policies of Emanuel Childcare, which have been developed for the benefit of all participants. As parent/guardian of the participant, I agree to the implementation and enforcement of the following rules, regulations, and policies for Emanuel Childcare.

Requirements for Acceptance to Emanuel Childcare:


I agree that the participant's participation in the Emanuel Childcare is permitted as long as the parent or guardian remains on campus during the hours of operation for Childcare, child is 8 years old or younger and fully potty-trained.
