TEMTY (Temple Emanuel Temple Youth) is the 8th – 12th grade youth group of Temple Emanuel. TEMTY members meet monthly for social events so that our teens can have fun with friends new and old, in a Jewish way! In the past we’ve come together for laser tag, scavenger hunts, sleepovers at the temple, and more.
In addition to gathering for social connection, TEMTY members also give back to their community through volunteering and other social justice opportunities. We also strengthen the Jewish identities of our teens and enrich the Jewish life of our temple by holding events related to Shabbat and other Jewish holidays. We invite all teens to join TEMTY and see for themselves what we’re all about.
