MISHLOACH MANOT: GIVING ON PURIM

One of the most meaningful traditions of the joyous festival of Purim is the practice of Mishloach Manot, which is a way to connect friends, family, and beyond. Together with our Mitzvah Corp we can increase kindness, love, and friendship among our community and our neighbors during our Yom Chesed, Day of Kindness, which is brought to you by the Temple Emanuel Mitzvah Corps! To sponsor this worthwhile program select friends and family in the community and send good wishes that we will share with our temple community on your behalf.

How to Send your Temple Emanuel Mishloach Manot

Online Option Through The Purim Project Website…
It’s As Easy As 1, 2, 3!

    1. Look for an email from [email protected]. This email will contain a link for you to access your personalized selection page on www.PurimProject.com.
    2. Follow the easy steps: select families in the community and write good wishes. It’s always a good time to remind someone how important they are to you! Cards will be delivered to your home. If your child(ren) attends our Early Childhood Center or Religious School the cards will be distributed at school.

    3. Remember that the deadline is Monday, February 23, 2026.

Reciprocity Option

The Reciprocity Option ensures that anyone who sends you a note will automatically receive one from you. If you select this option, you will avoid that inevitable, “Oops, how did I forget them?” moment. We will automatically add this additional charge to your initial method of payment for the reciprocal names added to your list at the cost of $4.00 per family.

All ages welcome!

We encourage you to volunteer off-site with our partners at Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles, helping prepare and serve meals with love and dignity. Ages 5+ are welcome, and no prior experience is needed—just a willing heart.
