Indemnification:
Except with the respect to the sole negligence of Temple Emanuel and its employees, the undersigned participant's parent/guardian hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Temple Emanuel and employees for any and all claims, lawsuits, or other legal causes of action, which relate to the undersigned participant's participation in Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare.

When you see Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare listed, please know that Temple Emanuel in Beverly Hills holds the certificate of insurance and liability insurance for this program.

Terms and Conditions Agreement:
The below Terms and Conditions between Temple Emanuel and my child (hereafter "participant") represent the expectations and agreements in order to participate in Shabbat @Emanuel Childcare.

In the mutual interests of Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare, the participant, and for the well-being of all participants at Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare, I understand, respect and will observe the rules, regulations, and policies of Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare, which have been developed for the benefit of all participants. As parent/guardian of the participant, I agree to the implementation and enforcement of the following rules, regulations, and policies for Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare.

Requirements for Acceptance to Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare:


I agree that the participant's participation in the Shabbat Morning @Emanuel Childcare is permitted as long as the parent or guardian remains on campus during the hours of operation for Shabbat Morning @ Emanuel Childcare, child is 8 years old or younger and fully potty-trained.
