I am an 8th Grader at Milken school. I have a very strong passion for swimming, art, and music. My parents are Lucy and Jake Broder. I have a 7-year-old brother named Louis. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
For my mitzvah project, I am donating money and volunteering at Urban Voices, which is a choir based in Skid Row that gives unhoused people a creative outlet and a sense of community. It is a very beautiful program and I am very glad that I have the opportunity to experience it.
I would like to thank Shelly Kamara, my parents, Cantor Weiss, Rabbi Bassin, and Rabbi Aaron for helping me with my Bat Mitzvah.
