I am a seventh grader at Campbell Hall and a graduate of the Curtis School, both in Los Angeles. I started dancing when I was two years old. Now I’m in my sixth year at the Los Angeles Ballet Academy, and my fifth season as a member of their performing company, Team Theatrics.

When I’m not at dance, I sing in the school choir, hang out with friends and spend time with my parents, Lisa and Adam, and my younger siblings Ben and Becca. For my mitzvah project I will be raising funds to support a program called Ballet For All Kids. Ballet For All Kids provides a classical ballet education to children regardless of their abilities or financial situation. I love volunteering with this non-profit program each week. I help with little kids who have learning differences and sometimes physical differences. I hope my efforts will help more kids with different abilities and challenges learn to dance!

I would like to thank Rabbi Aaron, Rabbi Bassin, Cantor Weiss, Allison Bluestein and my Mom and Dad for helping me prepare for my Bat Mitzvah.
